No doubt a similar heroic replacement will happen as the old CHUDduke gets (rightly) defeated by a replacement that corresponds to the rainbow values of modern day WotC, and the new gay trans poc representation Warduke is a NG paragon of gay virtue whose war is against fascism and right wingery everywhere.

Well, it'd be a flaw for my players, at least; they fucking love trying to recruit unique monsters and enemies - mainly because they want to be able to encounter them again, later. Warduke looks cool, they wouldn't want to kill him, and that he would rather kill himself than surrender, would probably make a few of them want to run away at the last moment, rather than land the killing-blow.
