Wich are your top 3 MCC Adventure Modules....and Why? (either 3rd Party or offical modules can be listed)
very interesting question, Im also interested having bought the book but never managed to find any people willing to play.
>>96850376Basically this >>96851850this is too arcane for most people.I personally would look to running the old gamma world stuff with it like Legion of Gold
>>96850376I ran a couple of one shots, Museum at the End of Time and A Fallen Star for All.It's fun, but there are some things that really annoy me about MCC. I wanted the DCC version of Gamma World and instead it's DCC with a thin coating of post apoc paint. Solid idea, kind of iffy implementation.
>>96852209Wich rating would you give them? And, could you suggest an alternative? I too am Trying to emulate Gamma World by using a system that has no THAC0 and is more GM friendly
>>96852459I don't know, I haven't really found anything that hits the same notes as gamma world, I'm thinking the jam is actually to just run 1e gamma world.Museum is fun, but it's a funnel, so it's a particular kind of fun that I've had every time I've run a funnel. I remember fallen star being a pretty bog standard crawl, if I recall correctly we didn't finish it in a single session (we spend a big chunk of time rolling up second level characters).Ashes without Number just came out, but I haven't had a chance to dig into and see if it hits the same gonzo tone.
