I heard from multiple sources(A few might be what YouTube w lore videos) but I'm not so originates from that I've heard a few times the Elves The Swordmasters of Hoeth do take into account the weight of there eyelashes when they are fighting with the swords that they take that much into account with the training.Does anyone know the source of this achievement and if it's canonical?
