Anyone doing anything special for their games for Halloween? Giving out candy to players? Wearing costumes? Or something in-game, like a Pumpkinhead monster or sudden werewolf?
I already have my halloween meet up with friends, but a discord server I'm in is doing an event with one shots this whole week so I set up a saturday morning characters enter gorey hell thing.

Yeah, my game will have spooky critters like dusanu and savage monkeys.
Spooky, scary and most importantly sexy critters, I hope.
>>96854297I'm very sad because for the first time in 5 years I don't have a group and thus won't be running a Halloween Special game for them. It had become one of my favorite yearly traditions.I hope you guys make the most of it and have a great time. It's a great way to have a little something special at the table each year.
>>96854297In my capacity as GM, I bought some candy and plan to fake a TPK (just for like a second, not some sort of extended sequence).
>>96862762Sorry to hear it, anon. There's a gamefinder thread here >>96840569 so maybe someone there will run a one-shot for Halloween that you can enjoy.
Run a one-shot quick dungeon with horror elements for whatever party you have right now. Just isekai them right into it and see what happens.
>>96854297I wish. For the past couple years I've put on a Halloween-themed Warcry event, and almost every year someone from my RPG group has taken it upon themselves to run a Halloween one-shot of some kind. This year I'm out of the country for Halloween, so no spooky /tg/ stuff for me - though at least I am still hosting my yearly horror movie marathon, albeit remotely.
