Anybody here has played pokethulu?

I did like years ago and have a really good memory of it. Im thinking on having a revival.

hadn't heard of this one before, looks cute. Not something I'd like to try, but interesting to look at. Combing the settings of pokemon and lovecraft into a ttrpg with the art of dilbert and calvin and hobbes is... unique to say the least lol. It's clear someone put some love into this. Not for me, but I'm glad it exists!

It's a lot of fun as long as you remember that it's...well, fun. Pokethulhu is not srs buns. It's light-hearted, the rules are incomplete, and it requires players willing to make up random lore from a fictional children's cartoon show all the time.

It was awesome in high school and it was awesome in grad school and it's awesome now.

I recommend being 2 beers in while playing. You want to develop a good atmosphere of people being silly but still coherent.
