Remember, Goku at 12 gets shot in the head by Bulma and walks it off. Baseline saiyans are basically bullet-proof and would probably be able to shrug off most las weapon shots as if they were cigarette burns. Trained saiyans would probably be able to take bolter rounds to the face with little issue. A space marine would probably be able to kill some in melee with a chainsword or powerfist though, because vibes.
