From the environmental customization powers to the elves/alraunes/plant monsters to the . . .It's not hard to build a Tom Bombadil-type demon lord. My next suggestion would be Fairy Gardener (NSFW), where (you) build a demiplane to raise fairies in. There are a LOT of customization options there.There are a couple of elf and druid cyoas, but my third suggestion would be the Lost Greenhouse. Not really a kingdom builder, but all the options are plant-themed (often whimsically so).

In my case, I made a comfy water and island world so I can just float on a lazy river and enjoy life in peace and in happiness.
