I will point out that the Exarchate Civil War is set to blow up, that the Eclipse Empire is about to go through a Time of Troubles with all of the dead royals. With both being that vulnerable, you have Pantor's Realm going opportunist and Old Throne pivoting into even more conflict with Malkuth to cover up their war prep. Omega's going to be a widow, has a rebound with the 12th or some other person. For more improbable results, he'd have to rely on Ratha trying to twist a story out of his future-enough knowledge, and try to push the mentors into acting on his knowledge too. He'd have to exploit the fact that his father's literally not going to die for atleast 60-70 years to manipulate fate on some things. I would say, that this really isn't JNPL is supposed to be played, but JNPL's dead anyway.(The last last thing is that you probably need to invent some new type of undeath for optimal lichdom, but that's plausible enough for Outsiders.)
