When I search "Elven Tavern" I want something to use as a map or backdrop, not 50 pictures of the same slop-formed elf woman going through various stages of undressed & getting dicked by an orc. I want some ambience for my party's travels in Elfland. If I wanted elf porn I could find elf porn that wasn't generated by a hot water heater. Artstation has a button to exclude AI from searches, but that relies on the images being tagged thusly in the first place; if the uploader chooses not to identify their slop, it's not getting filtered.
