Honestly, the Alpha Legion would be the worst one to have female members, since their deal is that they're all supposed to look the same. I could see them doing female Chaos Marines at some point, though. Maybe Fabius Bile perfects the Gland Hounds using reverse-engineered Primaris biotechnology or something. Or maybe have female sorcerer Marines who are particularly accomplished chaos witches given non-standard bio augments like Kor Phaeron's to make them more survivable for supporting CSM warbands.
