When (I hope it never happens because I like AK paints) starts to decline in quality the cycle will repeat itself. I will say that if one wants to limit himself to a single brand's paint "ecosystem" I'd say that AK is probably the best choice. They're now releasing acrylic washes to compete with Citadel's washes and ArmyPainter's washes.Maybe I've fallen into the brand loyalty pit again from saying that.
