For context, the first and only World War in her setting happened as a pure fluke, and only continued due to the antagonistic party having a widespread revival mechanism that perpetuated their fight response every time it activated. Animal people are quite peaceful on the whole, and wouldn't voluntarily continue bloodshed unless absolutely necessary for survival, and past a certain point, it wasn't. Resource channels resumed, and so the instigators had no legitimate reason to fight, but their officers (effectively immortal) and said officers' associated squadrons (ditto, with a time limit that requires renewal) literally could not stop.

I say propaganda by anticipation alone, because she is 100% speaking the truth, 100% believes it, 100% wants the best for friend and foe alike, and 100% will put down another [redacted # because shooting people isn't nice] enemy combatants to restore the world's Edenic beauty.

TL;DR: Adorable peace loving murder savant without an iota of cognitive dissonance becomes international icon. Hypernationalism Pop is now a premier audiovisual artform in modern times. पात झर्ने भूमिको लामो आयु होस्।

Requesting a long-term project of my mage the ascension character, the 'P.E.E.R.L.E.S.S' armor. It's heavily inspired by the ARS suit from vanquish and uses pretty much every magic sphere except for spirit. The armor itself is inspired by the armor of an arthurian knight who stepped through time the day he was awakened, and the sword is influenced by swordsmanship instructor, a samurai he met while falling through dimensions. The scanner is his own invention and his primary tool for interacting with his magical paradigm.

I don't particularly like trying to 'correct' people, especially since i'm not really a drawfag, but, just in my own experience, for example, if it were me, I probably wouldn't draw women with the face folds and wrinkles. They make them look a lot older. I tried removing it, and lo and behold she looks like 30 years younger to me.

Of course, it's clear you've got a good 'skill base' so the potential is there.

Yeah, face details are tricky, requiring a lot of practice with line thickness and balancing a shade color with a solid border. I'm still ultra noob on shading myself, so for my own morale I've been trying to hold off on expressions like big smiles that my autism tells me would absolutely involve creases and dimples and the likes.

As for unasked for critique... lines are a kinda way jagged. I have the same problem and some advice I got was to loosen the pencil/stylus grip and cut back on caffeine. Also tracing or practicing with stencils over and over again can help stabilize your muscles as they get stronger.

Requesting a fiend patron. In a warlock only game where the main gimmick is that the party is on a journey to unseal their respective patrons in exchange for a place int the new world they seek to create. The other gimmick is that all our patrons fucking hate each other.

I chose the fiend patron, a wendigo looking freak the has an ancient beef with one of the parties celestial patron. In order to piss him of more, my patron has taken up pretending to angel with holy intentions to steal followers and potential pact makers from the celestial.

Pretty much yeah. Even back in the good ol' days when m00t was around and the feds barely knew about this place drawthreads all over the site (not just /tg/) had an extremely high percentage of waifus. There were some amazing artists that have come and gone though, it's always sad when one of the greats leaves us. Pilgrim, souz, and BoRis were some of my favorites. I'm pretty sure if I tried hard enough I can find Pilgrim's socials, and I've actually commissioned souz, but BoRis never posted any socials and I've never been able to find him since he left. And he did the absolute BEST when it came to SWOLE (though he didn't color afaik). Got picrel from him years ago and even though it didn't match what I wanted for the request it's amazing (and makes for a fantastic "hulk threat" style encounter), not only that but he redid the request after too! And I got another from him that another anon colored that I've used over and over again in multiple games.

Giving this another shot.
Requesting my gothy shadow sorcerer / lore bard Satyr, Bartholomy Ramos.

The one sentence character concept is "Rebellious satyr messed with Ouija board, gets rude magical awakening when family haunting turns out to be real".

He has just below shoulder-length hair, either dark brown or dyed black, has a perpetually sunken look about him like he hasn't slept for several days and as a side effect from his shadow sorcery his eyes are color-inverted with a black sclera and white iris.
He wears dark leather or black-dyed clothing with far too many buckles, loops and laces. To round out the outfit he wears a bird's skull necklace and plays a lyre made from bones.

It's the head. It looks kinda weird because the perspective makes it look like he's pointing forward but his head looks turned to the side, which also makes the top look flat. The body and the arms and hands don't have any issue, it's just the head.

I've been around here longer than probably all of you and I've seen more of those "shit" requests get good deliveries than the "good" requests getting good deliveries. The "trend" is that artists pick whatever they want and each artist is different. There is no "trend". The requests people complain about typically get more actual deliveries than the ones that "pass inspection".

Requesting Areti, my 40k chapter serf in service to the Inquisition. She provides a somewhat humanising air to her astartes master in more delicate operations, watches his back in battle, and otherwise performs her regular serfly duties for the cell. Highly competent, fairly stoic manner, general distaste for lower humanity but disguises it well enough. Greco-roman vibe, as her chapter is an Ultramarine offshoot. Mix of simple tunic and cloth/flak drapes and more techy gubbins. Loosely armoured at best, mostly a few plates here and there. A short sword and laspistol as her main loadout. Main detail would be a big belt with all her technical gear on it for field servicing a space marine, cracking security, that sort of thing.

As long as it's roughly in that ballpark I'm super happy with any artistic interpretation or any details you think would be cool to add. Thanks if anyone's interested!

Looking to get some art done of am Athonian Tunnel Rat I plan on playing in a Dark Heresy game based off of Willard from Apocalypse Now. Reference image one is the uniform of the Athonian tunnel rats that he is wearing just without the helmet on, reference image 2 is what his head and face should roughly look like (its alright if its not a 1 to 1), for weapon reference image 3 is an armageddon pattern autogun that roughly resembles an m16, finally for the character pose reference image 4 is what to aim for (cigarette is optional).

Some roughness is inescapable if you are working with paper. The only way to get around it through traditional methods is using A3 sized paper and brush or dip pen/fountain pen. This way smaller problems won't be seen after you resize the picture post scan.
If you are drawing on smaller pages and want to smooth your lines without a lot of grunt work you could vectorize the image and then turn it back into bitmap. There are online vectorizers or you could use Inkscape.

Mage: the Ascension/awakening is the system.
It's a little bit difficult to say really, every mage filters their magic through a paradigm, a way they see magic and its place in reality as a whole. If you get too flippant with magic around people who haven't been awoken then reality will try to assert itself and backlash on you.

The closest is probably magic masquerading as sci-fi, as my mage's paradigm is based around engineering and science (arc weapons instead of casting 'lightning Bolt's). It also helps he's incredibly intelligent, allowing some of his gadgets to actually mechanically function without magic.

Filtering magic through the lens of technology and nearish future sci-fi concepts let's him get away with more than most, as the consensus of reality has been exposed to enough of those concepts to believe they could exist. I have a much easier time getting around paradox backlash than say, our art streamer mage who paints things into reality or our daoist who uses 'chi' manipulation and various talismans.

No it's definitely gonna be more than some +2 armor. It's going to be a major project building and enchanting several different magical effects over top of each other. Speed, strength, minor time dilation/reflex boosting, hammer space storage (in the belt), a mental link for direct computer interface, some exotic alloys with anti-magic defensive properties etc. From my storyteller's own assessment

- 25 Quintessence points to enchant with the following spheres needed for various effects

I'm leaning toward frogmouth design personally. The addition of the vest and pouches is a neat touch. The spheres over the shoulders are throwing me a bit, if they were perhaps a bit smaller, that would be great.

Lore wise-Quintessence is a type of underlying element to all things, like the forces at play in atomic bonds. It's innately magical but not exclusive to magical beings, if you draw out all the quintessence from something which only has a finite amount you can reduce it to dust. A mage can use quintessence to make their spellcraft easier (lowering the difficulty of the 'magic' roll by 1 per point of quintessence. It can be manipulated with the 'prime' sphere, using it to create objects or in the case of my mage, weapons infused with magical energy. The 'quintessence' blade is simply put, a blade of this raw magical force. It is also used to infuse objects with magical effects either as a 1 off or as fuel that has to be reapplied.

Requesting a doomer blood hunter aasimar. I've loosely based his personality on Sam Vimes from Discworld. He's this lifeless cynic who just wants to get by somehow, but used to be full of spirit and energy.
He's around 30, rather slim with light-grey skin, golden irises, white unkept hair and visible stubble. I rolled on 2ed aasimar trait table and got feather ears so I just played this as wing-ears. Requesting a demon clan namekian, Kuroii- he's big, with a body shape like Lord Slug, but he's got a wardrobe and smile like the goblin Yugioh card- the face particularly might even be a bit like Pot of Greed. For personality I'm kind of imagining him balancing that Japanese knife's edge where he's almost 50% goofy as hell but then 50% deadly serious.

He's like Demon King Piccolo in that he can bring demonic spawn into the world, and has four he (re)uses- Ao, Kiiro, Midori, and Aka, the big tough stupid one, the weird one with freaky powers, the pretty one, and the no-nonsense one, respectively.
