It's one of the most played systems here so, that would say something about it. If you like to come up with things and like the flexibility of the random generation it's pretty good. Takes some time to lean but it also has the pre-made Adventures which sort of teach you how to play. Plus the author is pretty fast at fixing things or is always welcoming towards suggestions or homebrews

So how do you turn professions/classes into lewd types with different effects? Lewd stuff is lesser than wrestling.
I mean do you do it the stupid way and relegate tit size, cock size, thrusting styles and positions only to certain classes, greatly undermining the other? like only priest/monk can heal and no one else? or make it more balanced, less WoW-like and let other classes heal as well in different methods? Problem is how do you translate that to sex/wrestling? do you allow missionary for only 1-2 classes or everyone gets the basic positions? how do you make missionary different for everyone despite it being the same ability?

Monk, acrobat and similar classes get into weird contortion positions.
Whatever's a "controller" class ("Binder" is one in D&D 4e, fittingly enough) gets to employ bondage (and potentially psychological domination).
Summoners, hunters and beast masters will totally try to make their opponents into (sex) pets.
Machinists and other crafters get to create and employ semi-automated restraining contraptions (look up "Devious Devices").
Clerics will try their best for missionary positions for the sole purpose of reproduction and get a bonus for it.

The original torment scale was ticking based though, so guess I can supply that:

Level 1: No ticklishness. The subject barely reacts to the tickle attempt. They won't even crack a smile.

What's a fast, easy rule for passive attraction in D20 games like D&D? (I'm specifically running 3.5.)
I was thinking D20+charisma:

I've never played an H-Game in my life so take what I say with that in mind but:

Toxic asset. Even if you have a good use for it, its presence will repel a lot of players and give your game a reputation for being low quality. It is what it is. Focus on what you can achieve with the models instead of a bunch of stills.

Really depends on the tone, but in either case you can skip the foreplay. The gameplay should already leave the player in an aroused state by the time they get a sex scene.

I think the solution to sex being a loss state is just give more options. Defeat = sex game over. Victory gives players the choice over which characters to fuck and how, the reward for victory is getting to do things your way. One of the TTRPGs designed here, Lewd Attack, can be very "play heroine, lose, get fucked, repeat" but it doesn't have to be. When I was playing my vampire character I found that leaving the last enemy alive to rape and drain was a pretty good way to keep the character in fighting shape. You can also build a character based around fucking on their own terms, to avoid bad ends the same way one who fights good might avoid bad ends.

Basically, options are good, because not everyone is aroused by the same things.

What's the focus? For porn, the game (and by extension, the story of the game) isn't really needed. You could just release an FMV or gallery of images, and that's all the user needs to get off. MGQ has porn in it, and you can goon to that game, but I view the experience as a novelty rather than some standard to go by. If you want a game with pornographic elements in it, I think MGQ might fit into that category since there's enough mechanics and story at play to set the "game" part of the porn game apart from just porn.

Some of these creatures used to belong to player facing races, have you considered supporting the player transforming into one of them, like someone becoming a Succubus or a Vampire or such.

All it would really take is having XP costs for the relevant traits and feats, and maybe a framework to better come up with the rituals to do it (which would be useful to have as player objectives even if playing the monster itself were to fall beyond the scope of the game).

In that vein, are there any plans to support controlled transformations on the part of the player? One idea I had for a character was a creepy mega-nerd alchemist (or mage who knows alchemy) in a journey to become a THE Tentacle Monster and I've found the lack of recipes for mutagens pretty disappointing.

There are many ways to mutate, mostly through corruption. Mutagens are left vague so you can come up with something. Or make a homebrew.
Most of the stuff I add is often something suggested which is simple, but if it's complex either it requires me to put effort OR to use homebrews as inspiration and currently I'm focusing on testing and making sketches. if you want to can post your ideas in the discord so you can also test them and have other test them too

I was sorta achievement hunting at that point, the character had become pretty strong (being a vampire is actually pretty great, at the potential risk of a death spiral if you ever get captured/defeated) and I had just arrived at the Fae Forest to learn a ton of magic, since the free massive Magic you get as a vampire had been pretty underused so far.

Going off of memory here, when she visited the city her first sewer mission (the homebrew one) went about as poorly as it could've gone without her straight up getting defeated. She had to escort a city official down to a blockage and on the way she almost got defeated by like... three slimes. Because she relied mostly on blocking and so the acid + slimed debuffs were stacking up on account of poor rolls. If she didn't have the clean spell she might've lost there, which would've been insanely embarrassing as she already killed an Orc Boss in his stronghold at that point. Then she encounters a pair of sewer crocs at the mission's objective which messed her up, shredded her armor into nothing and by the end she was at half health. This was all made much worse since I ruled early on that if a vampire feeds while escorting an NPC, they gain +5 Vigilance reduced by 1 per success on persuasion, so I was trying to avoid drinking meaning no healing for free after combat. The problem compounded when she ended up saving a kidnapped girl on the way back. By the end she got like +6 vigilance from the two NPCs seeing her feed and was butt naked.

The most I do is utilize LLMs to do some ERP. Depending on the model, you can use stat blocks and have it track certain details, but you have to hold the AI's hand and direct it unless you have some serious lorebooks and special prompting instructions in place (this will also vary by model).

Pretty much all of them do to some extent; you'll need the right jailbreaks to get the most out of certain models. Having the correct defs for a bot helps as well. Some models "get" what you want and will play ball without little issue. Others need a little hand-holding or specific definitions for the characters you're trying to RP with.

Sadly, there's no easy answer because LLM ERP is kind of the wild west at the moment. Too many variables, ranging from your own fetishes, your writing style, what models you use, what definitions your characters have, and so on. Truthfully, I think you should be able to make up whatever fantasy lore you like regarding sex & reproduction, but I always found the chart amusing because Celestials, dragons, dryads, nymphs, and sprites can basically fuck everything and give birth to everything.
