My pod is in the midst of an arms race. I was the last in the pod to turn, I finally got fed up with it. So I had to put down my sovlful favorful bracket 2 voltron deck to create this abomination. This piece of shit is hardly optimized and isn't good at all. But that's not the point. What matters more is that no one likes it. I don't even like it. It represents but a small fraction of hatred that I wish to inflict onto the world. A hatred that grows 1 cardboard piece at a time. Sometimes I lay awake at night and think about how things used to be. There is weeping and gnashing of teeth at the table where there use to be joy.

I played my long time friend 1v1 today and went 2-1 against his Flubs. That deck has been my white whale. It tends to ramp out of control, remove things with Valakut and amass a huge amount of zombies with Field of the Dead.4th Doctor and Sarah I had a suspicious open because I had no white mana to cast Sarah on curve. But I had bith Jaheira amd Urza early on. And I found a flawlessly timed Disorder in the Court on top of my deck by looking at it with 4th doctor. I used a clue to draw it amd saved Urza and Forensic Gadgeteer from Valakut. Haywire Mite removed Song of Creation and Crucible of Worlds which was enough to slow him down. I finished by Worldly Tutoring for Cyberdrive Awakener which was super lethal.Round 2 I played Baral & Kari which bricked kind of badly.Round 3 I played Burakos / Folk Hero. I played a ramp artifact on 2. He played a green sorcery which forced me to choose to let him tutor a land tapped or I exile my rock. I really wanted to play Burakos on T3 but I made the right call and exiled my artifact. Drannith Magistrate hamstrung him pretty hard since he couldn't draw more cards without Flubs. I took 20 damage from his 20/20 flying indestructible land ice thing. I managed to draw into Rollick where I was otherwise certainly lost. Big decision of the game was what to tutor with Enlightened. I got Skullclamp which may have been the right call over Manufactor. Anyways I feel invincible after taking down Flubs in an extremely narrow 2 victories which required precise interaction
