What's the /tg/ consensus on Dragonbane? Looks like a neater, faster 5e clone with not as much bloat in it, which is exactly what i'm looking for.

I like a lot of the pieces from reading the book, but it's not interesting enough for me to actually use it in its entirety.

>>97253263I admit i didn't check it out extensively (because a nth generic fantasy game doesn't suit my needs) and i can misremember stuff but i'm pretty sure "classes" in dragonbane are akin to brp professions (as in templates of abilities) you can safely rearrange as you like. Also if all it takes to you for a game being 5e is having a d20 then even modiphius Conan must be a 5e clone.
