Currently working on a Krark the thumbless Jund strategy inspired by Catch-22.
Basically "what is good for me is good for the syndicate and everyone owns a share".
So right now I am looking for cards that look like they benefit the group, but primarily benefit me, cards like wheel of fortune, cards that let the players buy into my ponzi scheme and big spells that kill anyone with kindness or just generally go well with the high stakes high variance nature of the deck.
Any recommendations for cards in Jund that lets me exploit my friends for maximum profit?

I think the game's entire color identity is archaic as fuck and that locking essential game mechanics behind colors was extremely retarded design that would've resulted in the instant death of any other tcg made after mtg. Green is the best color because it has reasonable access to the two most important game mechanics, ramp and draw, albeit it handles draw the way it should've been for every color from the start by making it conditional based on what the color generally tries to do (big creatures).

The mechanics of the Magic are solid but the design of the color pie and colors themselves is mega shit and if it weren't for the fact it was the first tcg and has a playerbase of sunk cost pay pigs who have turned this game into their intended retirement plans Magic would've folded years ago due to how badly designed its actual color pie and mana system is. I hope someone can finally figure out to just copy Magic's rules but make a better color pie and mana system so mtg finally dies and we can all move onto playing something better.

I the general idea is great, but some of the execution has been horrendous.
Why does blue get literally every single way to counter spells instead of spreading it out a little bit. Like white being the colour that can tax spells further to possibly counter them, green can counter artifact spells, etc.
It's similar for draw effects, but not as bad. Why did blue get the combat related draw effect (coastal piracy) instead of white for example.
Enchantment hate basically being locked behind two colours (three if you take blue's counterspells into account) is also pretty bad.

I firmly believe for all eternity EVERY color should have access to shit like enchantment removal, counterspells etc. They should just be WAY WAY WAY shittier. Overcosted, bad effects that require you to take a hit etc. The point is they exist. But they'll never even be 1/10th as good as blues.
Literally already did this for every color when it comes to counters.

And most of this shit gets given to colorless and they just make it cost 7 mana and have some other shitty requirement. So miss me with "BLACK CAN'T HAVE GARBAGE ARTIFACT REMOVAL" just give some shit that's 6 mana and you lose half your life or some other garbage effect.

black has been getting more and more targeted enchantment removal lately, yet other colors have yet to get coverage at all.
I'd love for red to get more than chaos warp effects to deal with enchantments.
