Despite the Napoleonic fanboys' delusional talk, it's not a popular period among normies and hobbyists-lite. The warfare of that era becomes too complex for your average DnD-tier nerd to understand, the period is not hitting you with the "individual heroes and deeds" vibes like the medieval period for example. The easy answer therefore is, it wouldn't sell because your average fantasy consumer is a fantasy consumer and you don't need a genius to create a story of sword-swinging murder-hobos adventuring.
