I setup an equation, pic related, for your viewing pleasure and to better articulate where I'm coming from. Combining Demon as your personal race with Overt Lord has got to be suicide, right? The Goddesses can sense your existence with the drawback and can presumably grasp what kind of threat you are, racially, and something as unholy as a Demon paired with your sheer power would surely cause them to quickly unify and launch a crusade to eradicate your infernal ass, wouldn't it? Am I overlooking a critical aspect here or is that the sum of it? That aside, is victory through brute force possible as a Demonic overlord? You have an abundance of strength and durability, as well as unique sin magic, but you are also as vulnerable to holy magic as a fire elemental to water, which the Goddesses and their followers have in vast abundance. It seems like it isn't tenable without substantial support from more mundane races. The mortals themselves are likewise pious to some extent, as the Goddesses are the major local divinities, and would definitely have been taught via religious lore that Demons are anathema and must be fought whenever they manifest. A Demonic warlord (not necessarily but potentially the specialty) emerging and rapidly subjugating the north would cause an alliance of the various mortal nations to form, almost as quickly as the news itself spread. The gist of it, I think, is that Demons are powerful but cannot expose themselves in a broad capacity without causing everyone else to stop what they're doing and unite to push their shit in. Am I missing anything?

The actual biggest issue with your build (outside of the imo rather questionable interpretation of retrieve soul, since per your idea of it it could just revive anyone that died ever, more or less (as opposed to just people who would have been slain by soul stealing effects)) is that your build is pretty reliant on holy energy for its contingencies, holy energy it might not have. Metamagic:Store powers have an activation cost, its not high (its only 5), but its not something that your "philactery" for example would be able to do "on its own" (assuming it would otherwise be possible to create these activations separate from yourself with Metamagic:Act, which I suppose could be possible given you can leave Metamagic:Store powers as physical scrolls so why not, still "your powers" I guess). Same for your revivify/mend/lay on hands plans, would your dead body possess the energy to do that stuff? No, not really. Basically: I think you need runestone to actually do a lot of these plans even if your interpretation of them being possible is true (which I find questionable at times)Theres also literally no offensive potential for the build, but I imagine youre hoping to use the crown of stars (and two magical companions) to learn some abilities from them, which you eventually could.
