Is it possible?I like scifi as a genre because all the new tech that show us, but in terms of aesthetics, always looks like shit.Do you know any scifi RPG with good aesthetics? Even if it's just concepts, draws or artworks.PD: If someone is going to say 40k, I admit it has cool things, but I don't find it pleasant.
RPGs can have whatever aesthetics you like.
>>97338143Got it, but do you know, can you recommend some that are specially known for their great aesthetics?
>>97337980>Game of pretend>AestheticsHello never-game
>>97338327TTRPGs aren't known for their Aesthstics because they're make-believe pretend games where all the visuals happen in your head for the most part. Also you have to define what you think is a "good aesthetic" because if it's the left side of your OP image your taste is shit. That isn't sci-fi, that's fantasy.
>>97338327She doesn't know about any games, don't bother. There's a number of sci fi RPGs out there, Infinity has a lot of books that expand on an established wargame setting, visuals, especially the older art pieces, draw heavily from eastern sources like masamune shirow and his appleseed/ghost in the shell series. If you want to count it as scifi, the cyberpunk 2020 line had a lot of art that established the tone, the style was peculiar, but it did its job well. You already mentioned 40k, but from the same time period comes mutant chronicles. Art was gorgeous and really established the visual element for the game, every planet had a different theme, every faction a defined aesthetic.Battletech has an RPG line if you want mechs (there's even people running the base game as a simulationist RPG, it's that deep), mech designs are varied but still cohesive between them.Eclipse Phase is like cyberpunk on steroids and there's a bunch of drak shit going on, the art can be grim but that's the point.
>>97337980Unclear on what you mean by aesthetics or pleasant because your OP is not very good. Hypothetically, if you're into D E S I G N for its own sake Death in Space as a cohesive piece works.
Mothership is a similar but different scifi horror rpg. More variance in the modules but some of them like pic related or Dead Planet, Pound of Flesh or Time After Time are very intentionally designed and well put together.

Super Blood Harvest is okay as a game, more sci fantasy but the entire collection is strongly art driven.
Ultraviolet Grasslands is almost entirely art directed but manages to have interesting content to go with the mobius inspirations.
The old Fading Suns game has great art in a 90s way. The new versions are standard generic rpg nothings but the older stuff has a very cohesive world, lore and art that isn't even the worst mechanically. The life path generation for it feels about right for the space feudalism casts.
