oWoD had the back cover of the Tzimesce book and a Wraith splatbook about the Holocaust. I feel like just making an unrelentingly bleak world isn't really truly dark because everyone knows better than to emotionally invest. He started dressing up as Homelander and committing every atrocity he could think of, including eating a baby and raping Billy Butcher's wife (producing a super fetus that destroyed her with laser vision and forced Butcher to abort it via lamp). The series climaxes with Black Noir taking his mask off in front of these two men, who both realize the truth at the same time as it is being exposited to the reader.

The God That Crawls gets recommended a lot. creepy horror adventure, mostly set in a church in England, 1630. no pixies wandering around.
