Per the format it shouldn't have much, so in order to be more fair it needs to have commander specific cards. Dockside is not one of them, Wheel of Fortune type cards are perfect.

I think firebending and warp were both good red mechanics, along with haste.That said, if you give it more mana or card draw red will become incredibly cancer with the multitude of cheap removal/destruction. Standard already suffers from Izzets, mostly due to consistency. As more cards get added and stronger 1 mana blue red spells get added I’m afraid we will see it in commander.
