Per the format it shouldn't have much, so in order to be more fair it needs to have commander specific cards. Dockside is not one of them, Wheel of Fortune type cards are perfect.

Building the deck is a nightmare when you realize that in order to get Max Speed the fastest is it turn 1 dork turn 2 this guy and hope to god they don't get blocked/removed. Even then, thats a lot of space in the deck dedicated to trying to unlock its coveted ability.Pic rel is possibly the only playable Max Speed general due to the fact that you are packing 1 drops that then convert into card draw thanks to Coastal Piracy effects, the deck actually progresses with its plan as the game goes on.
