Go look at the models, it is there but very subtle.Male custodes have a more flat chest plate and wider torso, while female custodes seem to be slightly narrower torsos but also have a slight bust on them. It's more easier to see on the venetarii, female ones have a clear line separation between the bust armor rest of the chest plate while males ones don't.It's hard to see on the other models since lot of it is decorated by the ornamentation. I think they should've designed the breast armor to be bit more pronounced and obvious on the female custodes. Like even female eldar have pretty obvious boob armor, so it isn't unprecendeted.This means that female custodes must have kind of sizable breasts, considering the armor thickness and construction, otherwise it makes no sense to shape the armor to accomodate their breasts, if they have none.
