Conversely, human genitals for both genders are formed from the same pieces during development (ie clitoris flesh == shaft flesh, ovaries == testicles). It's less of a jump for a woman to give herself a dick than it is for a plantigrade biped to become a digitigrade or unguligrade quadruped.TLDR: changing genitals just requires flesh-shaping, changing to a quadruped requires bone-shaping.
