I'm a GM looking for three to four players for a house ruled game of warhammer fantasy roleplay. The game is meant to run weekly on Saturdays at 3 p.m (GMT-3) for 3 to 4 hours with small breaks in between.

The game will be hosted through Roll20 and dicord vc. You need to have a decent mic and be willing to communicate between sessions to coordinate and sort out game stuff. I don't intend this to be a pay to play game, but if people feel like helping footing the bill for a hosting service we can use Foundry as the VTT.

The game takes place in the city of Ubersreik in the year 2512 of the imperial calendar during the occupation by the Reikland state army. If any of this sounds good to you leave your discord tag so I can pm you for further details and a small interview.

Brave to advertise on 4chins. I could do that time, but
>house ruled game
What are the house rules?

The game is kind of messy so there is a good amount. The most notable ones are:

- Character creation changes so that you spend XP, rather than doing the default advancement allocation minigame. Species skills being ones you choose to add to your career, or gain a discount on advancing them if they are already a part of it.

- Melding metacurrencies together so as to not have to track four individual ones, and striping the more niche uses out of the more commonly used Fortune points.

- Changes to individual combat Advantage to make it so that it doesn't result in games of rocket tag.

Other than that there's things like using optional rules from the official supplements like the Critical Wound tables and Injury rules from Up in Arms, and the improvements to spellcasting from Winds of Magic.

Really not my timezone, good luck finding players. WFRP 4e is fun.

would love to join but my saturdays have floating dark heresy

by the way, is the metacurrency melding tested or are you going to try and see? So far I've been using Fortune and Fate once because GM preferred to take it instead of Resilience when I wanted to use I Will Not Fail. From what I've read I feel like everything except Fate is way too ambiguous to be reliably spent

No worries mate, thanks for the encouragement. Yes, it is pretty fun.

It's mostly from personal experience of how much use each of them gets, but it is the first time I'm melding them like this.

Fortune you use non-stop mostly due to the rerolls (the other options are seldom used), Resolve is more niche because it replenishes too slowly and at GM fiat, and Resilience is handy but the mutation prevention only happens if you are both unlucky and careless, and I Will Not Fail is incredibly useful but the game provides little guidance for when to use it.
