Okay! This is how you make a Perturabo that's both loyalist and a Perturabo that's traitor..For this we'll refer to Perturabo as A for Traitor and B for Loyalist.Due to hi-jinks of the warp and the hurrd, A Perturabo that's loyal is made because this A Perturabo was thrown back in time and de-aged giving him a second chance to be loyalist knowing all the mistakes he has made and given a second chance to begin again.. ..As B PerturaboThis leads to an interesting branch in canon, that A Perturabo actions are canon but B Perturabo has just emerged with a small detachment fleet into the current setting from the HH era with loyalist sons and loyalist B Perturabo, being large enough to be barely chapter size. This part is the hardest because being identify as traitor would be the hardest part, would be captured by the inquisition and subjected to all sorts of trials, tests and tortures along with his sons who emerged from the warp with B Perturabo or would the emperors Custodian Guard step in and sezie him and his sons to drag him to Terra? I don't know..I think it would be interesting to see a B Perturabo and loyalist iron warriors who served in the death watch.
from the thumbnail I thought he was a particularly jacked woman
I thought Perturabo was bald?
>>97447080How does this change the gameplay?
>>97447173The chamber of the Golden Throne was not a room; it was the throat of a dying star.Perturabo, Lord of Iron, knelt. The chains of the Inquisition—heavy, sanctified, and cold—bit into his wrists, but they were nothing compared to the psychic gravity of the being before him. Around him, the Golden Guard stood like statues of judgment, their blades leveled at his throat, waiting for a single heartbeat of hesitation to end the paradox of his existence. He felt small. He, who had built fortresses to defy the gods, felt like a grain of sand beneath the grinding wheels of a galaxy. Then, the Great Eye atop the throne flickered. The psychic scream began. It was not a voice; it was a landslide of jagged glass and burning suns."Fourth.""Lord of Iron.""Architect.""Breaker.""Betrayer.""Monster.""Corpse-builder.""Slave.""Egoist.""Waste.""Blunder.""Failure.""Worm.""Abomination.""Traitor."The words were stones hurled from the height of heaven. They shattered against Perturabo’s mind, stripping away his pride until he was nothing but a raw nerve. The Emperor’s presence was a fractured mirror, a thousand minds screaming at once—some weeping, some hating, some merely calculating the cost of the oxygen Perturabo breathed.Confusion rippled through the warp—a moment of divine hesitation that shook the foundations of the Palace. The many minds of the Emperor collided."One... and two.""The wound... and the balm.""The shadow... and the light.""The end... and the beginning.""A tool... broken. A tool... forged anew.""Iron... remains.""Redemption... is a cage.""Find... the Thirteenth.""Find... Guilliman."
I don't know why you'd want to bring back Perturabo. His sole character traits are that he seethes about everything, that he's a little bitch and that he is a cunt to everyone around him for no actual reason. His story ends with him destroying himself and everything around him and becoming a slave while coping that he's actually the freest of all. It ends perfectly.
>>97447276Non-Autistic people hate Autistic people.
>>97447282How does that have anything to do with what I said
I've been working on loyalist iron warriors and i'm going to use this as my chapter basis, thank you.
>>97447080You know traitor Perturabo would sperg out in rage at his loyalist counterpart, hating everything about "Mr. Perfect"The man can't live with failure so seeing his effective successor would see him be sidelined.

>>97447353How do you make them stand out from iron warriors in current setting?
>>97447884I imagine the fucking spikes are a clue to their side you simpleton
>>97447254That's a lot of words to say "it doesn't change the gameplay".
>>97447925I mean does the current change gameplay not really just new flavours
>>97447080How would i make a loyalist imperial guard regime that was reformed from the imperial army on the ship that carried your loyal perturabo?
>>97447886I thought Iron Warriors didn't go full spiketard like the rest of Chaos.
>>97448451IDK
>>97448451Questionable
>>97447080I really like the plug hair
>>97448656It does add a unique flair to him that otherwise separates him from the traitor look
>>97448691It sure does >>97448634 they've done chaso shit before
I like the idea and curious on their scheme
>>97447080Perturabo can't be loyal, because the seeds of his heresy were planet the second he looked into the sky as a child. Seeing the Eye when no one else could, having all his implanted knowledge unlocked from the start, so he never needed to learn anything but people around him did, making him see them as lazy, stupid and useless, then Sky Dad shows up and takes him away, but even then he can't have what he's always wanted, because through no one's fault save Erda's, the Crusade's demands don't care what he wants. The circumstances of his life could do nothing but turn him into the sullen loser that he is. His fate is even more fixed than Angron's.
>>97453994No, I think Angron had it way worse. Nobody actually forced Perturabo to do anything he disliked doing at any point. If he wanted to build his castles, he could have. If he wanted to stop his grueling sieges, he could have tried any other approach. If he wanted respect and accolades, he could have gotten them. Perturabo is literally one of the three or so Primarchs whose fate is 100% their fucking fault. He wasn't made evil by some Chaos bauble. He was born with a silver spoon in his mouth surrounded by love and care and respect. >oh but he could see the Eye-Whoop dee fucking do. So could everyone else who has even a sliver of psychic potential. He's not special.
>>97453994Angron was a fucking slave though.
>>97453994I mean if he was young again with all his implants then well.. guliman empire would look like a shit attempt but that being said it's only what a ship of theses loyalist iron warriors that emerge into the current setting so they'd know a world that was stripped down and rebuilt from the core nothing of the original city states would remain he would've rebuilt the entire planet removing anything of the original planet from existance.I believe it would be closer to a forge world that's iron warrior in nature than a normal homeworld.Iron cage being this massive hexagon cage around this forge world with space lifts all connecting to the hexagon cage that is all space docks for hundreds of vessels the main link in the loyalist supply chain.Admittedly would be cooler to have the whole homeworld appear in the system along with the remains of the old home world orbiting in system showing that both loyal and traitor are true a pardox.
>>97448451About the same amount of spikes.
This was their defining novel. They're medium spiky. The characters are a mix of chaos worshipping, corrupted or trying to avoid becoming so.
And their index astartes article art. Chaos has spikes. They're chaos marines. They have spikes. Like most internet memes its exaggerated one way or another for fun, or someone makes them more one way or another to suit taste with their dudes, as they should.
>>97454130>>97454213Angron could have stopped and let the Nails kill him, and he didn't have to use them on his legion. Nothing made him do that but himself, he chose what path he took. Perturabo never had a choice at all, his circumstances only have one possible outcome. He cannot help but see himself as superior, but then Emps and his brothers show him he's not the best, so he falls into an autistic death spiral of "well the things I'm good at are better than the things they're good at," and his upbringing made him such a sullen bitch no one could pull him out of it, except two. Emps, who was too far gone in his own problems and goals, and FUCKING LORGAR who can't see anything but through the lens of his own obsession with finding the divine. Dorn was just the last straw, everyone else Perturabo could dismiss, even Manus's ability with technology, because Dorn was good at the same thing Perturabo wanted to do the most. So, since he'd always been the best at everything growing up, he assumed he'd be better than Dorn at making castles, and never being able to quite definitively proving that made him worse. And to clarify what I said about the Eye before, he could do nothing but see himself as superior on his home world, and he could also see this thing in the sky when no one else could, assuming there's some connection is a natural response. Then he goes into space, where he can get a better look at it. It was his intrinsic nature to be drawn to Chaos. He never had a chance.
Okay but like what if this loyalists iron warriors refuses to become primarius
>>97453994>it's Erda's fault that the Crusade wasn't easylol, fucking nigger brain faggot REFUSES to ever place the blame on the actual person who sent Perty to do all the hard jobs
>>97456313>he didn't have to use them on his legion. He didn't. His legion put them in to try to make him like them, entirely of their own volition. Angron was absolutely livid and almost killed them all for doing it until Kharn managed to make him understand these warriors just wanted daddy to love them. At least read the lore stupid faggot
