If you really want to trim the fat, you can get by without the incubi and just attach your five leftover kabalites that you split in a venom elsewhere and give him re-roll wounds when charging onto objectives so he can fish for devastating wounds on his husk blade. Incubi are kind of expensive for what they do right now and honestly hellions do their job better in any other Detachment. You can still get good results with five on an archon though.Drazhar is a beast and can be run all by himself without any incubi backup dancers. You can just run him around alone in a venom with another unit hunting things below half and spit tons of wounds into them.

I see it's really common that people will stack cork onto a base until the model that sits on it will be doubled in height basically. Doesn't this affect the gameplay and LoS? It looks like it was the proper consistency in those areas but a little too much pooled there. This will happen with thin paint, and usually happens with your brush is too full, or occasionally can be because water dripped down the ferrule into the bristles. I've found that wiping/shaking the water off after rinsing your brush helps a lot. You want your bristles wet, but the more water stuck to the ferrule, the more water will end up in your brush tip and making it hard to control. Don't stress if you can see some primer through your paint in some spots(pink). That's normal and they'll disappear with your second coat. Like I said, I think you got your consistency where you'd want it, your next step to improving is making sure it's going where you want it and isn't pooling up anywhere. Good stuff anon, this is a big step.

The heavy weapons ones are great though. Everyone runs them either 4x Dark Lance or 4x Haywire though. The other guns either have too short of range and will get you over watched to death or don't have enough punch to be worth the price of the unit. You don't get enough guns in the kit to build them equipped with 4 copies of anything though so you might need to source or print some extras or you can just tell your opponents they're all Dark Lances and they won't bat an eye at it since no one recognizes DEldar guns anyway.If you plan to run Cartel you only really want dark lances, because haywire has anti-synergy with lethal hits that will rob you of devastating wounds into vehicles.
