▶What is Kingdom Death?
Kingdom Death is a tabletop miniature brand stared by Adam Poots and operated by himself and his Team that later spun off into a miniature based bored game funded by two very successful Kickstarter campaigns.

▶What is Kingdom Death: Monster?
Monster is a Nightmare Horror cooperative boss battler/miniature hobby game for 1-4 players about hope in a strange world of bizarre monstrosities and perpetually darkness. Players take on the role of survivors that band together to form a settlement, fighting monsters, crafting weapons and gear, and developing their civilization to ensure survival from generation to generation.

The Game is broken up into 3 phases:
1. During your Hunt Phase your band of survivors traverse the world of KD in pursuit of their quarry.
2. After successfully tracking your quarry you will begin the Showdown Phase, where you must fell these horrific creatures in order to acquire precious resources.
3. After the battle, your survivors wander home with loot in hand to begin the Settlement Phase. Arm yourself by developing new weapons and bizarre structures to prepare for next year's hunt.

A successful game campaign takes place over the course of 25 to 30 'lantern years' maximum, marked by completing one full phase cycle. Watch as your settlement grows and witness the survivors write their own narrative as they age. Hone your strategy and learn from your mistakes to overcome the immense odds in this cruel and twisted nightmare scape.

Other anons have already mentioned the parasite queen and oblivion mosquito (the Sunstalker and Frogdog... don't count) But upcoming there is the Honeycomb Weaver, and later, once Abyssal Woods comes out, Lotus. The Weaver is a bit... horrifying but it might do.
>Beefcake
In campaigns of Death there's going to be a People of the Mirrorstone campaign - literally body builders of both genders posing in front of a huge silver orb as a way to distract themselves from the darkness; all the miniatures shown, male and female are very beefy and show plenty of skin.

We're getting the Flower Witch and her disciples in Abyssal Woods, and there's a pair of flower wizard twinks who show a bit of abs and chest. I've always had a soft spot for them.

the Gambler's Chest in general has a fair bit of extremely erotic artwork, often mixed with horror. Much stepped up from the base game. (It still serves the theme however; personally I don't feel it's gratuitous. quite graphic, though.)

TTS is the easiest way; it's free, but lacks Gambler's Chest, and later expansions (maybe not completely but they're not as easy to find).
The Simulator is the next "cheapest" option, and directly supports KD:M, but it's very much early alpha, clunky compared to TTS, and often buggy. It does, however have the Gambler's Chest and the latest expansions.

So, do you y'all feel the need to use the tier 3 monster armors to hunt lvl3 monsters? Because I've noticed there's a bit gap of most weapons topping out at 7-11 or sharp with str 4-6, while level 3s are T14-17, which results in a frustrating amount of weapons that are wounding on a hitting and wounding on a 6 or 7+ if not just straight relying on crits, which in turn drags out fights when they're most dangerous. It's most obvious because I'm trying out CE in an otherwise mostly vanilla campaign (+DBK) and it feels like I'm really missing that +7 STR bonus

None, Rawhide and leather are the best armors in the game for how cheap they are, if you're building monster armor it's because it supports some gimmick or weapon type you want to play with not because it's efficient, the most efficient play is just 1x raw hide 2x leather 1x lantern, 3 Beacon shields for the latter.

Fair enough. I wish they would have a different style of campaign that allowed for the time to get decent sets and weapons. I feel like 80% of the stuff requiers a campaign built around getting it, which seems kind of unfair to the other players. Maybe give an innovation or somthing that allows a second set of survivors to hunt as well with their own gear. That way im not wasting my best equipment, timeline and survivor life usage on level 1 lions .

I feel there is a happy medium between a 30 year slogan and a vignette. Please design it for me. CoD and First Hero(prioritize this Poots you dipshit) are supposed to help with this issue with shorter campaigns and the "act one skip".

Gear is often shit though and its very hard to strike that balance between what looks cool and what is optimal, particularly when literal PCs are a resource. It only becomes harder as you play more and know what is worth crafting. Ultimately I really want either a more streamlined 'roguelite' experience or less punishing sandbox.

I feel like there can be a decent game to be had if there was some sort of exploration or somthing that let's you fight any node 1's until your ready to fight an upgraded nemesis at that node to unlock the next set. Honestly as I type this it feels like it sucks thw soul from the game but greater minds then me can balance that out. Im guessing I should just finally pull out and play gamblers chest and see what these arc survivors are all about.

I got mine pretty cheap on ebay. The unofficial discord has a decent trading channel too but its still a discord server, with all troon-isms that entails. Finding someone selling game content (because they wanted just thw minis) and someone with just selling the minis (they just want the game content) is pretty common.

This is what I'm doing in my own game desu. Instead of each monster having a bespoke hunt deck or departing to hunt a specific monster, each biome has a map with its own event deck, which includes generic events, biome specific events, and each therion's (monsters) event decks. As the team of hunters explores the map, they draw from the event deck and look for monster traces, with events giving either a specific one (from monster or biome events) or one of a player's choice (some generic events). The player can keep hunting until they get 3 of a monster's traces that they want, but there are specific cards in the deck that will trigger an ambush from the monster whose traces they have the most of, forcing them into fighting them with a disadvantage.
