Force org is a band aid for bad game design, ideally, you should simply want to make a balanced army list, and 10th actually, for all of it's faults, does ok at making you put together pretty non retarded lists without putting a gun to your head and demanding you pay the troop tax. The only thing that makes 10th lists ugly is how advanced the special character cancer has become.

You don't do glow effects by just painting the area red in a radius from the source, you paint things the source can actually illuminate. You also don't reduce the value ever when you do a glow effect, and he's used a darker red for the glow, but that's a higher level thing people mess up so I don't blame him there. Adding more light never makes something darker, it just changes the color - which is why painting a dramatic glow effect on a model that has a fairly light scheme to begin with is very tricky.
