He's a product of human psychic creation, so quick answer yes.
Pretty much he was birthed when a bunch of ancient shamans didn't want to get eaten by enslaves so they merges themselves to better defend against the the threat, the creation took on human form but was a perpetual.
You can argue that the emperor technically isn't, but he was born from humans in a sense and shares their qualities.

That's awesome, you remind me of a dude from my lgs, he had a real bad dui, chucked his keys and everything, and to get of the grog he picked up Warhammer.
He was legit one of the best painters I know, he mainly focused on the "what you can see" technique, and honestly one of the best people to play against, able to be competitive but also chill when it came figuring out rules.
Truly a top bloke.

Nta but having someone around doesn't make you less lonely, it's about being understood and seen.
You can live with someone for 30 years and still be very distant: you know each other's behavior and tendencies but it's extremely shallow; how they feel, what they think, who they are; those are things the vast majority of people don't care to know about.

People will rant about how women get a lot of attention, which is true, but they also forget most if not all of that attention is about their body and not who they are. It's a bit more complicated than this.
