As far as I know, there's one inside Technoir to generate mysteries and conspiracies on the fly, and a system agnostic one in Entaglements, which is kinda similar. For example, Riftbreakers simulates classical MMO and Skyrim-like videogames and hitpoints are easily recovered, like in any videogame. Ker Nethalas simulates a more gritty tone, and recovering hitpoints is much slower, but in turn it adds a "Toughness" buffer of hitpoints that it's recovered almost immediately, and everything it's fine as far as you don't run out of it.
