Has the 60-card playerbase improved at all in the time since I've been away?I quit Magic back in the late 90s/early 2000s over the RL "ending" (conveniently right after Urza block ended so we would have 2 years of Type 2 controlled by RL cards to "celebrate" the end of the RL). The late-game infinite draw/dude loop potential gives it an ungodly amount of reach through games it has no right to win. The deck wouldn't fully crumble without Talent, but its matchups against several specific decks would take a massive hit.
