Requesting an enormous, beating heart in a chamber dimly lit by red light, suspended by infernal chains/magic, has black spikes pierced through said heart, and has various infernal runes inscribed on them. Basic premise is that a city is built upon the remains of a Tarrasque with its still beating heart sealed deep underground thanks to an Infernal pact. Said heart is beginning to stir after roughly a thousand years of containment that I plan to have my players help re-contain.
