How does your setting treat cultural substance abuse?
if you've had 2+ drinks in an evening, you're virtually guaranteed to not get any actual deep sleep. the reason you feel like tired shit every day is because of moderate alcohol consumption. There is no dosage of alcohol which does not massively interfere with sleep quality.
