I really like Adventures in Lollygagging. The long ones reach 40-60 episodes, they mix things up so you had Conan 2d20 and Delta Green going on at the same time, they try a ton of systems so it's great to see how they work in practice and it feels like a real table. You hear them check rules, they don't go full immersion, when they take the GM role they clearly studied for their audience but you still get that real people playing feel. Pick a system that sounds nice and give it a shot, they made me try Blade Runner and I still want to give Conan 2d20 a spin after hearing their campaign.On a different note, I really like Push the Roll. No long term campaign, just one shots divided in 3 parts. The concept is that they take a title and make the game around it, but they are stupid good at improve. I've used some of their concepts to make my own stuff, it sincerely feels like it could had been a pre-written adventure. Really inspiring in terms of how much you can create just accepting input and developing ideas to be as big as you can make them.
