After are last comic, which established the Brother's War, we now get to see the war in its full effect. Two 'premium' comics released in 1996, The Urza-Mishra comic would sadly end without drawing the war to its conclusion, since Armada closed its comics line.
My apologies for the water mark occasionally, I couldn't find the archive hosting these.
Is this what the kids call 'Chad energy?' Him being to autistic to care about his son?
Of course, it isn't his son, but he doesn't know that.In official canon (well old official canon), Mishra may actually be the father of Kayla's child, not Tawnos. Urza took one look at Jarsyl, and vowed never to look at him again.

One of my biggest issues with the Brothers War retcons a few years ago, besides what they did to Mishra, was how clean everything looked. The Brother's War wasn't high polished minimalist machines. The Brother's War was what would happen if you gave the Mesopotamia civilizations world war 2 tech and the means the replicate them.

Martyr's of Korlis is one of my alltime favorite creatures
With this, we end Chapter 1. I hope you've all enjoyed
Lovely read, thanks OP. Always cool to see the comic renditions of various cards. The yotian soldiers in this look way cooler than their cardboard variant.
