The models used to be metal casts with only like 5 pieces maximum, and it was only split into parts because of casting limitations. This hobby is not about building the models like lego, it's about painting and playing the game with them.

The biggest problem that need to be done is GW just had to stop with the power squat with Marines. Instead the monkey's paw curled on it.
