The mission you play is decided by comparing your army's detachment/force org to your opponent's. Leaders keep their special abilities if the squad they're leading is killed. Combat phase is changed so you move all charges at once, then complete all pile-in moves, then do all combats, then do all follow up moves, with the goal of cutting down on weird movement tricks. You're no longer allowed to stack stratagems into one big wombo-combo. From the sound of it, you can use one stratagem on a unit per turn, and one stratagem per phase.Stated goal of the edition is to move away from competitive/narrative segregation back to a more balanced game, but we'll see how that goes.
