Make a big folder named TTRPG and dump everything inside. Inside name folders after individual games like Lex Arcana for easy access and only make big folders for staff like DnD, World of Darkness that has like 10 games that are somewhat connected, or Call of Cthulhu.
And if you want some period or theme settings, name folders something like Ancient Japan, Ancient Scandinavia, Horror and so on.
