So, I'm playing wizard in 3.5 for the first time, and I am still trying to get the whole preplanning thing down. The issue in the future that I'm planning for is what seems like an inevitable space voyage to blow up a giant death god's head as it rockets towards the planet our setting is on.What I'm looking for is spells that would be helpful in space, and/or a vacuum, I already know about create air, but are there spells that can:- Help project our melee fighters forward like thrusters- Help drill a hole down into the insides of the head- Be used to make a giant bomb to blow it up like in ArmageddonIt should be noted that positive energy will not be useful, since something with the giant death head is interfering with it.Also, my name and the picture are in memory of Ralph, my late familiar who died in the line of duty.
>>97799738man I hate research, there's probably some youtube videos you could just enjoy rather than doing your college thesis.3rd edition is plagued by ivory tower design, so many pit fall options. you should just find a decent build online and use it.
I guess to bump the thread, I'll talk a little about the campaign so far.My wizard, Russel Wellbrook, is a Sun Elf magic college student with crippling student debt(to the point that it passively been acting as a mind-reading deterrent) has been traveling with an anthropomorphic moth, Astarri, that cannot speak proper common. We had a Dwarven Paladin(Baul-mail) and a Kenku Sword sage[Hue](one of the members wanted to play with the book of Weeaboo fighting magic), but one died from an incident involving an exploding obsidian and a magically trapped chandelier, and our Kenku was utterly destroyed by a couple Yaun-ti after he got spiked into a green goo pit that just ruined his constitution score. They have since been replaced by a underdark pixie thing we saved from the Drow(Oneirus Novox), and a paladin of a neutral death god(forgot the god's name, but his name is Ken).>>97800029My build is currently on the Keeper of the Cerulean Sign class, AKA the fuck abberations mage.
>>97799738is this giant head a creature or an object?
>>97800812It's the decapitated head of a death god, so it's probably a creature?
