They are pragmatic, ruthless, efficient, if they were guys they would be leaders, but because of their gender, they are evil. Sure, on the classic scale of 9 alignments (seriously, how many alignments do you need, ethics are supposed to be binary, good or evil) they might be lawful evil, but they bring structure, they bring strength. And if you are on their team, they are hard ride-or-die, would protect you (as long as you are useful) and would be possessive around you (you are theirs, and if anybody hurts you, they take it as assult to their ego, you are extension of her will). That's why I like characters like Minthara in vidya or Esdeath in anime. I want to belong to someone, to be useful, to help them achieve their aspiration, because I don't have any.
