Imagine if you paid $500 for IKEA furniture, amd they told you to chop the trees, plane the wood, and forge the connector bits? That would be unacceptable. So why then pay $10-$20 for a ruleset you're going to be expected to either ignore, rewrite, or add to?There is no acceptable answer. The best "games" are those made to preference by their individual groups, and no "game" is suitable for anyone beyond their origin group.
