I've seen someone mention exploring derelict ships, and the latter sounds like the perfect antagonist for that kind of game.
You'd essentially be fighting the ship itself, and it's many autonomous drones, though you may not know it for the better part of the game.

Part of it is that I adhere to the one-handed play principle. A lot of it is that then I'd need a ship layout generator and AI plan for shipboard security that both produce plausible results. That's not just hard, it's also running a significant risk of devolving into room-clearing procedures checking every bunk room ad infinitum until it kills the mood. That had me looking more at line-based in-and-out rushes to the cargo bay, but I wanted the party getting split to be the way things start falling the fuck apart, and that was hard to get a good grip on with a 1-dimensional battlefield. Anon's idea of using derelicts cleans up a lot of that by letting you hold the tension without having to be all tactical all the time, but genre conventions also start pigeonholing it towards only the horrible rape monsters, which is why I discarded the notion out of hand, because I tend to prefer keeping them in the box for special occasions and using horny soldiers as the regular enemy.

I was working with buying skill upgrades with loot, to represent paying for training. I wanted a very tight loop of paying for healing, training, equipment and time spent getting those things with the same resource, and use that as the glue for the horror tension, the same way Darkest Dungeon has that creeping sense of dread that you're going to have to go on another mission eventually.

That was somewhere along the lines of what I wanted to do, have a "distance to (pile of money) that had to be crossed, with reinforcements piling in every turn, and the key tension was in keeping up enough volume of fire to not get overwhelmed now while also making enough progress to not get overwhelmed down the line. But then trying to strike that balance between my gun autism and not going full GURPS proved very elusive, and I've been floundering ever since.

Interesting option. A lot of my original thinking was along the lines of Duskers, despite throwing away the derelicts option pretty fast. I want the Captain running command and control from the ship, because the dilemma of abandoning someone on a cut-and-run or risking everything to leave no waifu behind appeals to me on both the horror and horny levels. A node-based system like that strips out a lot of the complexities around managing field of fire, but it might just be time to accept that that's a damned endeavor without going full Lewd Kill Team.

Have you ever used a pre-written for you lewd solo rpg? How did you change it to be more lewd, or did you just keep the same and your character was the lewd one?

I've recently have been looking into pathfinder adventure paths seeing if there is anything fitting there.

You could simplify firearm damage to light (.22, .25, etc.), medium (9mm, .45) and heavy (.454, .50 and magnum rounds) pistol calibers, and long arms to rifle (.308, .30-06, etc.) and intermediate caliber (.203, 7.62x39, etc.) rounds. A damn shame. The conanesque style so to speak is perfect for actual DnD. Not this 5th+ edition shit with granny slop in it. Baldurs gate 3 was pretty damn good though, how lever I have no hope for 4 since larian left because WOTC gave them hell on making it their way or the highway. (Damn, that was three years ago?) I'm the anon that post is quoting, and I can tell you WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT that there's tons and tons more stuff out there. Those nerds were horny as fuck back in the day.
I am currently playing a Scarlet Heroes campaign and I'm using old material from pirate RPGs that I've roughly converted to SH. (There were a ton of pirate RPGs in the late 90s for some reason.) But I'm amazed at how many of these adventures just throw helpless, horny young women at your feet for use as either sex slaves, crew members, or love interests. It's already happened three times in my current game, and that's not me adding anything lewd to the game. That's just how the adventures were written.
So I guess part of the trick of getting good lewd content out of a published modules is just to play stuff that's pre-2017.
