IMO I like pretty standard fantasy set ups, but sexual situations are just a bit more common. Not to the point where they are no longer taboo, I think the taboo and social ramifications of stuff is hot, but you usually wont be run out of a village if you bag an orc, but people will still find it kind of odd.But you could go more extreme and make the usual plant enemy suck your dick and every other yeti and goblin wants to rape you, but that is not quite my cup of tea. I like keeping relatively easy to remember tropes be applicable.
