All the magnetised weapon options for my knight. Real drag because the unit and preferred options are done and I want to paint something new, but the longer I leave it the more difficult it will be to match the colours and technique etc

I thought this was just a fried photo at first and it took me a second to grasp what it was, great job on executing some actual color gradiants at that scale.

I remember painting an Epic terminator to 28mm level of detail ages ago, I did it once on a dare and decided never again. Do post the whole collection if you've got a photo on hand, I'm curious how they look en masse.

Been occasionally painting up my ork gargant mobs. Because GW no longer supports Epic, half is bulk bargains from ebay, the rest from 3rd party manufacturers that fit Havnt played in years and don't really expect to anytime soon, but it's nice to work on them occasionally..

I’m very new to this hobby, I don’t know how to start painting human faces.
>>
>>97863149
Get a nice fleshtone, let it dry, and I just let a little fleshtone and brown mixed with water to form a wash run through all the lines on the face, then a little fleshtone mixed with white to just catch the edges; you do that by wiping like 98% of the paint off your brush first and just gently catching the raised surfaces, like the lightest drybrush ever.
More detail than that might involve putting a little pink in the cheeks and dotting the eyes; but I tend to leave eyes unless they're pretty big; a pool of shadow works fine.

I painted up 2 things last weekend, an Imperial Missionary from 40k who I'm using between necromunda(Redemptionist or Cawdor leader) and classic Warzone(Brotherhood Watcher, Missionary, or some kind of inquisitor) as well as an objective marker. I'm painting up a series of models to use as V.I.Ps in any kind of capture/rescue kind of mission. I'll show the V.I.P figure first, it's an old Lt. Varrus figure I've had since I got my copy of Battle for Macragge, I painted him in dark, neutral colours because in this instance he's a government spook. He still needs a bit of volume highlighting and his case of canisters needs definition and some highlighting.

Next is my Missionary, love these figures, I have a few copies of this one, one I bought myself and 2 more I inherited from a friend, I've also got the missionary with the plasmagun and bionic arm, he's cool as fuck. This missionary I'm showing you isn't quite finished yet either, he needs some more detailing on his book and scrolls(the text on the book is from the old witch hunters transfer sheet) and to finish off his base. A few angles of this one, I'm quite pleased with it!

And that's that, got some warzone stuff on my desk that needs doing, but I'm also feeling the fantasy bug biting again and I kinda want to work on my dogs of war and bretonnians again.
