I still can't believe I went through with this 200$ order for like 25 cards 0 of which were alts. I've made some dumb purchases before like Promo Pulsemon and Diaboromon for 50$ each way back when, but this is something else. I need to go back and compare my previous purchases as far back as I can, with what the prices are now and see how much money my collection has lost over the last 4-5 years. I like to think that the prices don't slosh around too much, except for individual rare cards for which -20% is 10$, most of everything should average out but we'll see.

>>97880695lately yes, a year ago things could sit in the meta for much longer. We just changed producers so things might become reasonable again for awhile. Old decks do get support but there are like 100-200-300 archetypes so it is difficult to support everything. Sakuya was a boogeyman for a long time so its likely that its next wave of support will be more conservative. Sometimes 1-2 cards can really catapult a deck in viability and sometimes a deck might reenter the meta off of two promo cards. Sakuya is popular and fun so it will definitly see some support in the future - we are getting savers support after miragegao was a boogeymon ( this game has a dog problem) for a long time and after that a royal knights set which will support shit like the skullnight+rosenight deck ( which got one of the first card bans) and the witchney dynasmon deck. More than anything what I want to see is a return of some of the more generalist archetypes like green ranger and yellow vaccine. I'd say every time we get a digimon hunters themed set is the mark for a new era of the game. there was the launch era, there was the bt16-ish era and now time strangers and AD01 generations marks the third era ( though time stranger and liberator emblems are definitly the bench mark for this era). Decks from before the third era aren't doing so hot right now - last time they got access to trainings and memory boosts and that helped alot of old decks see play, we have gotten better trainings at the begining of this cycle but its not the same pizza

Why do Digimon foil cards look so grey even when under perfect sufficient lights? Other Bandai foil/texture/etc don't seem to be as dark.
