Some of the gens here still look like done using Bing, due to its style, blur, and particle effects.
Still, unless MS plans a big update after Sora goes offline, it falls deeper into irrelevancy. And I'm saying it as a person who still sometimes uses it.

So, can anyone explain why Gemini/Nanobanana is so good at modifying existing image, but so shit at making original images from a text prompt, while Sora/GPT is so good at making original images, while being shit at modifying existing images?

Celia was nervous. She knew she had volunteered herself for this by acting before thinking, but the pressure was overwhelming. She'd spent the entire day with knots in her stomach practicing the spells that were needed, completely worried she was going to screw it all up. But as Senna descended into the cavern curiosity and awe replaced all fear. With each step the air ripples as the leylines bend around her presence. She'd handled the artifacts, but had never even been allowed near one of the common forn, let alone a bray shaman.
>Your skin... that can't exist, those aren't tattoos...
Celia spends a few moments stunned while thinking about the esoteric implications before Senna snaps her back to reality.
>Have you begun tracking his sister? We'll have to work quickly once Autumn takes her.
Sunblaze visibly startles at the comment.
>What?! What do you mean?!

Andris gingerly made her way through the forest, her legs trembling as she did so. She was just about to breakdown in tears when a sudden wash of calm passed over her. Ahead of her a beautiful field came into view with a small tree in the middle, and a familiar face descending from the top.

Panicking Celia starts to cry.
>She's gone! Did I break the spell somehow?! I don't know what happened, i can't see And~
Sunblaze reacts quickly and slaps Celia before she can finish saying his sisters name. He didn't mean to hit her hard, but his composure was fracturing quickly.

Senna helps Celia up with a disapproving glare at Sunblaze.
>Now, we find the wolf.
>>
>>97911533
Some notes about the situation. Skog is really happy to talk, completely non-aggressive. She looks different because it is the first time in a very long time that Andris has seen her outside at night. Here we’ve learned why Andris always disappears when she goes into the forest; Skogs has been creating fairy havens around her so nothing gets in or out without her letting it. This sounds very hypocritical given her absolute demonic hatred of imprisonment, but chalk that up to twisted unseelie logic. But it appears she can only have one of these at a time.
It’s hard to show in images with text limits, but the purple scars are where Senna’s body intersects with the faeweave. She’ll be manipulating the forest directly to allow Howler an exit once he’s found by Celia, I’ll leave it up to you where it exits too, but it won’t take long for Kastrerande to find him once he’s visible. Sunblaze slapped Celia because if Senna knows her name, Skogsra could pull it from her and as an aside, he does know Senna’s real name.

As for the catbox, the bottom right two are the base images I had Gemini match to a previous style using just “make the style of the first image match the style of the second image” as the prompt and attach both images. Works better than expected.
