I stopped paying attention to WH40K lore a long time ago, how are primaris different from like terminators that were already big space marines?

Primaris are an upgrade to space marines with the PROFOUND and SUPERIOR ability to not take more than 1 weapon type in a squad and not fit in their own vehicles.
Primaris are even bigger space marines. They were shown as being 10ft tall while space marines are 7 ft tall. There is terminator armour for primaris now. Primaris are bigger, stronger and better.
