Okay.
So I suggest that you paint the entire mini with a base coats before applying contrast. Now if speed is your goal here then you can continue just relying on the primer. However a basecoat will help smooth out the primer as white primer can get chalky.
If you go with the base coat route, I recommend using pink if you are using contrast yellow, picrel. You can even attempt getting into dry brushing white on top of the pink to save time on highlighting after the contrast.
But you are on the right path. Just keep at it and more importantly paint your bases
>>
>>97926765
>white primer can get chalky.
That's mainly due to bad application, if you ever have issues like this when priming minis just shake the primer even more and never spray in direct sunlight so it doesn't dry out before hitting the model, also flicking motions so you don't over apply and clog up details.

i wouldn't call you a trog, but it sounds like you submitting yourself to a lot of unnecessary suffering and paint rub off.
Would you mind posting some of your minis, i'm interested in how well you're surviving with out primer.
>>
>>97926821
Primer just makes the paint put over it stick better, not using primer makes paint rub off easier but if you are delicate you can get away with it.

>>97926911
I think he's right. Indomitus actually had a pretty good spread of minis. Leviathan was carried by terminators and the nids. Armageddon's attempted selling point is... some helmets. The nuOrk design looks like Generic Copyright Avoiding Space Green Guy a 3rd party seller would try to sell.
>>
Why is his yellow so much brighter compared to mine? Is it because I keep dipping my brush into the contrast because I keep thinking my brush is running out?
>>
>>97927002
Can you post the vid, it looks like their base coat is much darker which is making the new layer look much brighter.

>>97926719
5 hours is fine. I consider about 2 to be the absolute minimum I'd spend painting a normal mini. You can do it faster, it would just be getting into slopchop territory for me. 5 is decent, and 10+ is like a paint job I'd be happy with. It can change a lot depending on the model though.

>>97926888
AI generated base.
>>
>>97927011
I think the white primer is a better choice since it makes applying yellow much easier in the long run.
If you want to darken your yellow before you apply the your layer of yriel you could try shading the mini after the contrast, maybe with something like a sepai wash, or go with a darker yellow contrast paint.
you're current recipe is looking good so just tweak it and experiment with small changes first, don't stress out too much about getting it to look exactly like a tutorial.
>>
>>97927034
>you're current recipe is looking good so just tweak it and experiment with small changes first
Unfortunately I legit cannot tell the difference between Yriel Yellow and Iyanden Yellow. What's a darker yellow contrast so Yriel Yellow can stand out more?
>>

>>97927043
honestly i think if you're getting good results with the contrast yellow you don't need to worry too much about the yriel yellow step, but it'll will be useful to have on hand since contrast doesn't work the best over large smooth areas so you can use the yrial in place of that.
If you like the colour but want more definition in the crevices I think the next thing you should look into is recess shading, like what some anons said last thread.
here's a vid on that, as well as a comparison pic of the contrast yellows

But then, GW have actually being doing that, but the combination of GW's plastic manufacturing capacity, FOMO hype/whales and release cycles means they're just not readily available.

I can't just buy the Elucidian Starstriders, you can't just buy the plastic Zoat (I know, it's coming back for another limited period soon but it's literally been like 4 years since Blackstone Fortress)

So they need to do it in metal lel, so miniatures can be sculpted and cast in the same week with a mention in White Dwarf like the old days. And you can buy 1 or 2 guys out of the catalogue without the need for a £100 "HQ" box

if you're apply over the entire model either Seraphim Sepia or Reikland Fleshshade(reddish).
Agrax eathershade is always a useful shade to have since it's darker so can work as either a full shade over or yellow or just a recess shade.
Nuln Oil is good, but since it's a black shade going over yellow you may only want it if you're doing a recess shade.
i'd lean for eitehr Agrax or Nuln since it's useful over many colours.

>Are you ready for Dark Eldar to explode in popularity after they get a massive centerpiece and a bunch of new models?
Yes
>>
>>97926911
In my opinion, the miniatures are fundamentally boring. The intercessors are just intercessors but with a few new bits. The jump pack marines are a straight up downgrade in every conceivable way. The new speeder is literally going to be a model that already existed decades ago but new! The aggressors are going to be old aggressors but new gun, and the characters will be characters we already have (ancient, apothecary but new!).
The ork side has a little bit more going for it, but unless it pulls some slammers, it's going to be a shit box. New plastic warlord that is meh, new ork boyz that are mid, the walker thing in the trailer looks stupid. The grots and wartakk (if they are coming back) might improve the box to be purchasable. Moreover, same characters we already have (new painboy, new wagh pole etc).

Now, lets compare this to 8th, 9th and 10th edition.

- 8th brought Primaris (regardless of your views) and this brought in a lot of new miniatures. Death Guard were finally fleshed out as a proper army with a large diversity of models and it's own codex.
- 9th edition revamped the old Necron range which was visibly outdated, and added many new cool models and concepts (new destroyers types, canopteks, HQ types etc). Marines received lots of new unit types such as Blade Guard, Outriders, Assault Intercessors, HQs etc. Marines were arguably the weaker side of the box.
- 10th edition revamped Tyranids. They got replacements for all of their old models and lots of new cool ones (Psychophage, Screamer Killer, Neurotyrant, winged prime etc). Marines got the weaker side, but still got a new dread and new terminators.

The 11th edition box by comparison offers little. Yes, orks are getting a (mid by appearances) revamp of some old models, but Marines seemingly get little by comparison. Some are replacements for plastic models we already have, or models GW sought to get rid of originally. The model showcases thus far have made me enthusiastic about the box.

If they gave rules for the Eight again that'd be neat, but honestly if farsight enclaves just got their own detachment that's all they'd really need.
If they made Xv8's Battleline like how they were troops back in the 6th ed supplement it'd be cool, but since their datasheet is already split up into 4 different ones it not really necessary, so maybe just increasing their OC so it'd be more like when they were ObSec.

I am more than a little amused watching Guard, Orks, and Space Marines all getting a bunch of elf bullshit tricks with insanely fast threat ranges right after the elf tricks all got nerfed into the ground. Space Marines in a land raider can have a threat range 1" shorter than Wyches do in Spectacle of Spite. That's pretty whack.
Faction identities become less meaningful by the day as Detachment bloat just makes factions start copying each other's homework.

Yvraine gets captured by a radical Inquisitor who surgically dismembers her and depirves her of her senses before taking her back to Terra with the intent to feed her to the Emperor, believing it will have the same effect on him as the miracle on Guilliman.
The inquisitor actually succeeds in getting her into place, but when the daily 'feeding' begins Ynnead is immediatelly subsumed by the Emperor to no effect, and Yvraine is left alone trapped in her limbless, sightless, and deaf body for the scant few moments it takes for the process to burn her soul away into oblivion. In the end her only solace is that her death is final, rather than the endless torment that would have awaited her with Slaanesh.

stories about how she's running a death cult whose failure to procure the macguffin croneswords likely means that the next best solution (and the reason why Eldrad, Yriel etc have abandoned the Ynnari) is to start killing as many eldar as possible to empower Ynnead and fulfill the original prophecy, actively fighting for the Eldar's extinction in the vague hopes that it'll kill Slaanesh and ensure that the eldar can reincarnate again somehow. Have Yvraine partake in horrific sacrificial rituals against other eldar and maybe even humans, misinterpreting Eldrad's "the fates of humanity and the eldar are intertwined" prophecy as "cool, maybe we should sacrifice billions of humans to Ynnead since that's basically worth a single eldar life in our view." Whole worlds sacrificed. A terrifying fusion of Craftworld Eldar and Dark Eldar into a death cult led by a crazy witch who is cutting ties with everyone around her in the name of a vague and nebulous prophecy revolving around death.

I totally agree with you, mutants and abhumans are like the main bad guy and enemy for most imperial citizens. Forget nid hive fleets, ork WAAGHs, expanding Tau, deldar raids and all other xenos, or the threat of chaos and daemons. To the average imperial on a 'peaceful' world its the abhuman and mutant they fear. I can see the PDF (remember them? God knows GW don't most of the time) having all their *big* wars being putting down mutie and abhuman rebellions and uprisings. Me, I want to see them RAZE WORLDS and TEAR APART their vague alliance with Guilliman. I want to see whole worlds reduced to Beksiński hellscapes, shrines to Ynnead, skulls bedecking the ancient eldar death worshippers who brought doom to its people. I want to see an eternity of carnage and slaughter, and the laughter of thirsting gods.

I won't go into more details because the story is about mystery, discovery, life, etc. Lots of action, gore and typical japanese shenanigans.
Character designs are great, it's a manga so you also get creator's notes which I found really interesting.

On a side note, while in the west we're sort of limited to furries, which are themselves extremely limited as 99.9% of people use them as "humans but they look different"/personas, but in Japan/China/Korea, etc. they are much more experimentative with the idea of human/animal characters. Very often they'll tackle things like
>the soul
>the nature of man
>the universe
>nature
>destiny
while in the west animals are gonna be about
>mu racism and stereotypes.

In short: I find that asian stories are more universal and human, while western stories all serve the author's personal (social) gains.

Eldar should do it, too! The more the merrier!

>Chaos turns worlds into daemonic hellscapes
>Orks turn worlds into endless shrines of war after slaughtering everyone there and/or reducing those who can't fight into livestock
>Tyranids and Leagues of Votann strip down worlds to the bare rock for consumption purposes
>Necrons kill and/or enslave everyone and turn worlds into monuments to themselves, mindless hordes of automatons ruled over by insane, degenerated elites
>The Tau turn those who comply with their conquest into smiling, complacent thralls while slowly replacing them, and those who resist are quietly brutalized behind closed doors for the Greater Good. (this is admittedly the least nightmarish fate)

Do not mistake incompetence for malevolence. Their main mistake is viewing both the Eldar factions as one play base the same way that they view marines as one big player base. That's how you get Ynnari debacle. That's how you get Eldar languishing in editions DE got stuff while DE is left languishing in editions Eldar got stuff. Corsairs are a "all Elf Factions release" to them even though they're actually only close to usable in Eldar.

Get this, invent something new! I kinoiw actually adding something brand new to the setting and not building off something mentioned in passing and fleshing it out. Some new creativity, not taking from great influential sci-fi but becoming and creating great and influentinal sci-fi.

Or just go ideas mining in other IP again. There's not many good ones that have great stuff worth taking, maybe Not!Phyrexians as a mechnical eugencis plague connected to Vashtorr or some rival to him.
Or Not!Eldrazi for some truly eldtrich and alien enemies. 40k doesn't have alien interdimesional enemies, daemons and the Warp are literally emotions and have been heavily understood cataloged since 40k began so don't have the same kind of feeling of alieness as they do.

>Is the autarch a crucible character or something?
No, it's an Autarch with a Star Glaive and the Aspect of Murder enhancement from Aspect Host.
She swings 4 times, hitting on 2+ at Strength 6 with -3 AP and 4 damage. The enhancement also gives her Precision, which doesn't matter so much in this case.
Araghast is being run as a typical Chaos Lord in Terminator Armor with an Exalted Weapon.
Oddly enough I actually did the math a little wrong since I forgot that Terminator Lords halve incoming, not just reduce it by 1, but the outcome ended up the same since the Autarch still did 2 damage a swing.
Technically a Banshee Blade AoM Autarch would actually have worked better, since it would get an extra attack and AoM would keep the damage profile at 2.

you can learn every army in the game's datasheets and still get raped because your opponent can go "AHA, MY DETACHMENT ALLOWS ME TO SPEND 1CP TO FUCKING IGNORE THAT RULE OR ALLOW X UNIT TO INSTANTLY KILL YOU WHEN NORMALLY IT WOULD HAVE A HARD TIME DOING THAT"

my guess is that, considering this is the same sort of shit that goes on in the TCG space, GW hired a bunch of TCG fags to write rules for a miniature wargame and/or the GW rules designers like Robin Cruddace got into TCG and inserted that faggotry into 40k

>"AHA, MY DETACHMENT ALLOWS ME TO SPEND 1CP TO FUCKING IGNORE THAT RULE OR ALLOW X UNIT TO INSTANTLY KILL YOU WHEN NORMALLY IT WOULD HAVE A HARD TIME DOING THAT"

fundamental shift that has occurred since 8th edition that has transformed 40k from a wargame that simulates battles to a weird video game in tabletop form with MOBA abilities and GOTCHA shit. 11th edition marketing is like "we're putting the narrative focus back at the forefront" and still has this moba ability spam shit that has no basis in the fiction and makes zero sense from an in-universe viewpoint because they're video game abilities

>Phoenix Princes get buffed to primarch level
Should only have Avatar of Khaine/Ynnead/Cegorach at Primarch level
>Tau get their own primarchs
They should have a couple of super experimental armored suits that kill their pilots but give them insane reflexes and battle prowess using something special about the Tau themselves like having to download them into an engram chip so their physical body dies.
>Tyranids get a Hive Primarch after they eat Khan
Just give them a couple big named Norn-likes built specifically to learn new adaptations from hunting down heroes and battling them and then copying their traits
>Dorn defects to the Leagues of Votann with one of the restored forgotten primarchs after Guilliman says he can't rebuild Cadia
You could easily just give them one of the original men of iron who lead the original rebellion against the Imperium before becoming an ancestor core
>Fabius Bile raids Trazyn's museum and steals the Sensei to turn them into Chaos Primarchs
Fabius has Alpha Primus, Cawl's experimental new Primarch that he can use as a baseline for his new Adam
>Titus is given the Primaris Segunda Primarchaeus to become a primarch
Titus will be Chapter Master of the Ultramarines. Calgar is going to get promoted to some other role to free up Gulliman.

After you've played a game for long enough time, no matter if it's a video game or even tabletop, you can easily start figuring shit out even in games you haven't played just by glancing at it or reading the rules.

AD6 only changes a potentially higher or lower density of random splurges of 1-3 damage getting through. A single attack might do enough damage to kill a TEQ in one go or do overkill.

>>97928469
Combat Patrol boxes can be far worse about their contents just by GW trying to clear out excess stock, and as a game mode - doesn't really bend the rules well or in any interesting way to adapt to the limitations of their contents without forcing players to lose models and even pick between them. Because these are looked at as value boxes more often due to the mode's stigma, there are huge differences for actual 40k; just look at the Custodes box vs the Admech one, potentially ~1000pts vs ~300pts.

Spearhead does a bit more to separate itself from the main game and has a few extra mechanics like a deck, also keeping the rules for the old boxes around.

Lack of consequences + rewarded.
If you're antisocial in public, you'll quickly be shoved aside or people will move to their own spaces where you can't follow. Here people can, if they really, really want, always come back.

You might see negative responses as discouraging.
>You suck and I hate you
Repeated enough time will make someone leave, if you are normal. If the way you learnt to socialize is to try and fight/dominate interactions, then instead you see these fights as a challenge and you develop grudges. You both associate negative interactions as a situation where you HAVE to react (or fear "dying"/losing) BUT ALSO as a good thing since you are being interacted with.

That's why "don't feed the trolls" is the standard etiquette, because trolls love interaction, be it negative or not. And when you have enough people who justify themselves as "just having fun" or "not doing anything wrong", themselves lesser versions of the more egregious troublemakers, then it feeds itself.

Let's be factual: the "demented and obsessive" posters spend their time interacting with those who feed into them. In fact, when they arrive in the thread, they are seeking these very users. The lolcows seek the milkers, as they are the ones who will interact with them.

In short: This is the perfect place for them to be demented and obsessive.

If you opt to get Dire Avengers the second Falcon would come in handy again, but given the current comp you have the use for it now would just be to Deep Strike the Banshee squad, and considering how fadt they are already it's not quite as effective.
If you want a decently threatening objective runner you could also slap a Warlock Conclave onto the Storm Guardian squad with the Farseer. A 4+/5++ that's -1 to Wound is surprisingly decent for cleaning up lesser threats, especially toting around multiple Torrent weapons and two Meltas.

Jain Zar is an extremely good and nigh oppressive leader at 1000p, as she essentially doubles movement for Banshees. The Autarchas well also had a good chance of giving a big mobility boost since they can re-roll Advance rolls.
If you wanted to use her in place of a Falcon or Storm Guardians it could work, with the Autarch going with the Fire Dragons instead which is in itself a terrifying option, as it gives free Preternatural Precision for them to get Ignores Cover or Sustained Hits.

Even just from a business perspective, I have essentially given up going to GW despite it being my closest LGS because they never have fucking anything and all that happens is you show up and they can order it for you, but I could do that over the phone, or just order it from the warehouse directly to my house (or at that point just order it from any number of other, often cheaper options).

This was never the case. Ultramarines for example had over 400k, and some Legions had way below the 100k mark. They were never even in number at all.

Yes. For the Iron Hands that was because they had so few left by that point. I presume the Salamanders had a similar deal, both Legions were gigafucked at istvaan.
The Imperial Fist wipe out and reboot was after the second founding, during the War of the Beast. It was only because of them being split up in the second founding that enabled the reboot, with all the many successors contributing marines and material back into remaking the original.

>>97928963
I agree with this. There are a bit too many half baked factions as is that did not need it. thousand sons, world eaters, and emperor's children really did not need the separation. Many of the unique models could have been generic stat lines with alternate loadouts based on alignment.

Exodites most likely. Rumours have them getting at least a kill team almost certain.
Traitor Guard most deserved in terms of setting importance, but I'm worried that'll cut the roster way down from just converting regular IG.
There's probably something in the pipe that could be described as dark mech, further elaboration around Vashtorr at least. They might lean more Forge of Souls than darkmech while doing it. I'd still prefer Traitor Guard and DarkMech mixed up in a Lost and the Damned style book with some solid rules for allying to other chaos armies.

Them doing a Tarellian and Barghesi makes me hopeful that an official Hrud model will happen in the next few years, but odds of an army still feel rock bottom low.

Between Jakhals/Tzaangors/Poxwalkers, Accursed Cultists, cultist Cultists of various flavors, Fellgors, etc. They just need to expand a bit more/give them some schtick that makes them different from GSC (Daemon summoning?)
>>

I'm obviously not the decalfag. I can't even get the models I want from GW to put SS lightning bolts on them if I wanted to. My GW store doesn't even have a box of crisis suits, and they haven't for years. You haven't been able to go to the store and pick up ANY of the tau battle suits (you know... their entire army essentially) for years, no crisis suits, no stealth suits, no broadsides (I did buy one, but there's never been more since that one), no ghostkeels, stormsurges, or riptides. Ever. The only thing ever in stock is pathfinders, and sometimes a commander. If ordering things online didn't exist, Tau would be a completely unviable army to build in my area for literally no reason.

>>97928978
GW went too hard on a million different individual kits for every single minor variation of a unit across sub-factions. There are a dozen space marine kits that could have been the intercessor box with one added sprue of extra bits and everyone would have liked that kit way more than any of the existing kits, and it would have serviced the same resulting squads. You could have more viable subfactions if GW just did this, and gave you more options in the boxes, but instead there are 9 different SM chapters that all need full line refreshes for no reason apparently meanwhile GK hasn't been updated in 15 years and all the non-SM factions are happy to get 1 kit a year that was made from the same 3d model they used to make the last kit.

>>97928980
I don't know what L&TD is, but okay.
High elves and Wood elves are the same thing as far as I'm concerned. There doesn't need to be a separate faction of Eldar. Eldar can get a box of independent mercenaries or something like a heroes of the imperium style unit. It makes no sense for them to have 'an army'. Hell it barely makes sense for the deldar to have a standing army.

>>97929357

>>97929377
You'd think at this point GW would start killing off IG regiments, Space Marine chapters, and SoB orders. There are probably more of those than there are loyalist planets.
>>
>>97929377
>"a million" worlds
Does 40k specify how big the galaxy is or what was the believed number of stars when the setting was conceived? Because Milky Way has over 100 billion stars, each with a potential system of orbiting planets. A million worlds, hell even a million systems, would be literally nothing.
>>
>>97929374
It really is. I remember getting flak for running an all monster 'nid list once before that one detachment came out then got nerfed. There are people who claim to play "casually" but run whatever is broken at the moment, sell off everything not broken, just to rebuy it again if it comes back into the meta.

I am still trying to figure out how to get a mostly bike and assault marine list to work. I want something fun but at least playable. You get dozens of guys claiming it have "come up with a list" but it is the same current meta thing from a YouTube video.
>>
>>97929394
Considering most worlds are uninhabitable.
>>
>>97929394
The Milky Way has an estimated 1 trillion planets, and the number is far higher because there are 400 billion stars and if each one of those had 9 planets like our solar system that's three trillion easy. And that's not counting all the dwarf planets.
The number of planets in a galaxy is stupidly high.
>>
>>97929377
The Imperium would 1v1 and dump any Xeno threat currently in existence.
>>
>>97929377
"a million worlds" might be a figure of speech, rather than a literal number

>A million worlds, hell even a million systems, would be literally nothing.
Yes, that's intentional.

>The galaxy contains some four hundred thousand million stars of various types. Of these only a fraction are presumed to have habitable planetary systems, and only a fraction of these have been investigated. Most are situated within the spiral arms between ten and forty thousand light years from the galactic center.
>The very size of the galaxy means that, despite the use of faster than light warp drives, most of it remains unknown. Even the human controlled lmperium, by far the largest and most widely distributed of all stellar empires, contains only a tiny fraction of the galaxy‘s stars. New worlds are constantly being discovered and investigated, along. with their attendant civilizations, creatures and resources. Even so. there is no possibility of either humans or aliens exhausting the galaxy's potential to provide new worlds for habitation and exploitation.
Warhammer 40,000 Rogue Trader (1987)

>As powerful as it is. the lmperium does not rule the entire galaxy. Mankind's worlds are spread thin across the 200,000,000,000 stars that make up the galaxy. within the lmperium's vague borders are rebellious enclaves of human worlds. domains ruled over by alien war leaders. colonies of creatures too aloof or basic to disturb mankind or draw the attention of the war fleets. The lmperium is engulfed in a constant state of war. Sometimes simply continuing its wars of expansion, other times fighting against foes who threaten the survival of the entire human race.
Warhammer 40,000 3rd edition rulebook (1998)
>>
>>97929403
on the contrary, the number of habitable worlds must be massively increased from a real life understanding of them because there have been at least 3 galaxy spanning empires who have actively terraformed worlds
>>
>>97929420
>The lmperium of Man comprises a million inhabited worlds, stretching from the furthest reaches of the Eastern Fringe to the distant Halo Stars. Although this is a huge number of planets. it is as nothing when compared to the immense size of the galaxy itself. The lmperium is spread very thinly across space: its worlds are dotted through the void and divided by hundreds, if not thousands of light years. It is therefore wrong to think of the lmperium in terms of a territory which extends across the galaxy. The truth is far more complex. The lmperium's holdings are scattered far and wide by the vagaries of Warp travel and spatial drift. One inhabited system may be separated from its nearest neighbor by alien civilizations, unstable Warp storms. dimensional cascades or unexplored space. Indeed, Mankind's ignorance of his environs far exceeds his meagre knowledge. for humanity has yet to explore much of the galaxy. Who knows what ancient secrets lie undiscovered and undisturbed amongst the stars?

Warhammer 40,000 5th edition rulebook (2008)

>The reality is rather different. The Imperium is in constant flux, worlds vanishing amidst howling warp storms or annihilated by invading terrors even as new territories are claimed by Rogue Traders and Explorator fleets. Imperial crusades surge across the stars, driving back their enemies or vanishing in the bloody maelstrom of war. The Imperium is best pictured as many thousands of tiny candles, scattered far and wide through a dark and hungry void. Some burn bright, or burst into vibrant life, even as others flicker, waver and are snuffed out.

Warhammer 40,000 9th edition rulebook (2020) (repeated in 10th)

Except you can't charge after leaving a transport and instead have to roll up weather a turn of gunfire and possibly getting charged which would negate the whole ability. And if your moving your transports close chances are your close enough to reliably make charges anyway.

I guess its more for cross map charges from transports that haven't moved at all during a waaagh!? But that seems really niche compared to [Sustained Hits 1] on every melee weapon. Seems like Orks can never have useful detachments and are instead relegated to having 1 super niche detachment ability that affects a total of 3 units in the codex.

I wonder if its even worth taking a kill rig in that detachment. I do want to see a list for it, I'm guessing it will be a fuckload of trukks and maybe a battlewagon

all possible chaos waves will remain contained in the existing chaos codexes
all possible imperial waves will remain contained in the existing imperial codexes, save perhaps salamanders getting turned into a supplement

it's near impossible for men of iron to be added as an independent force, so they'll more likely be inside LoV if they get expanded upon

grot revolutionaries could receive an independent book, if gw can move past its fear of political controversies, but it's also possible if not likely that they wouldn't split orks and instead give a reason for the grot units to be together with the orks

whether exodites will be a completely separate book or something that slots inside craftworld eldar is up in the air, and on whether they give them the stallion

zoats are another complete incognita because they could be added to tyranids, to genecults, or something else entirely like exodites/slanni depending on the lore reinvention they would get

slanni are a faction that cannot exist in any other codex except exodites if they decide to play it safe on them

we'll see what gw wants to do with exodites between 3 to 6 years, after that nobody can know, but no other potential faction exists

Night Gobbos in space would be neat as a subline, like Kroot or Beast Snaggaz.
