It would require you to homebrew the system into a shape that would eliminate anything that makes DG a unique system. I don't really see why you wouldn't use something else.

I am reading through Conspiracy X right now and deciding between the 2. I don't think I like th Conspiracy X mechanics, but much prefer the books, art, and setting detail.

I think I used to play Twilight 2000 as a conspiracy game. I have great memories of that if that was the right system.
